This new cottage is an independent apartment of about 100 m 2, for 4 people. It is located in a fully renovated cellar with views of the vineyard. The place is a haven of peace. On the ground floor, guests will enjoy a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room, a living room with a sleeping room, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with WC, a terrace and a garden lounge with barbecue. The floor has a large room with a rustic atmosphere, also overlooking the garden and a 2nd bathroom. The house also has a washing machine. The location is ideal, located 18 km from the ocean, and 3 km from a swimming pool and tennis courts. The owners, the very "active" pensioners and lovers of the gardening, are very friendly, which does not take away anything from the charm of the place.
