PATISSERIE LA MARQUISETTE
Founded at the end of the th century by the River family, it was originally a biscuit with the "lesparraines chunks" specialty. It is a child of the country Dominique Bouhier who has taken over the Marquisette and his know-how. A former apprentice of pastry, where he learned the passion of this profession, he toured France with the Companions of Duty, and continues to travel through the trades in various continents. He had the privilege of working for Lenôtre. From his professional stops, he met his wife Karina, of Druze origin and together, they bring a note of exoticism in preparations with local or exotic specialities, such as Antillean flavors; it's "the pleasure of traveling by the plate." Sweet sweet flavours are developed in the pastry laboratory, according to the fantasy of recipes, which combine the best ingredients to give original flavours. A more than gourmet choice awaits you: the écrin (based on Loupiac), the mascaret, the Médoc (based on red wine), the pearl of the southern seas, the ti'punch, the Creole, the aurora aurora, the East voyage… Follow the guide!
