Since 2010, this is a must in the city centre of Lesparre-Médoc! Jean-Christophe Manenti is particularly renowned for his variant of the famous "grenier médocain", a typical Médoc cold meats made with only four ingredients: pork stomach, salt, pepper and garlic. The "Manenti" attic is spiced with Espelette chilli pepper. The shop also offers French meats (Limousin beef, Charolais...) as well as home-made charcuterie.
