What is the Taste of Paris 2025 festival?
Since 2015, the Taste of Paris festival has been honoring the greatest chefs, and bringing together the most gourmands around culinary celebrations. Every year, gourmets and curious youngsters meet around chefs and chefs-in-residence, masterclasses or cooking classes. There's also an exceptional market where you can take home artisanal products.

When is the festival?
This year, for its tenth anniversary, the festival returns to a completely renovated Grand Palais. The festivities will take place from the evening of Thursday May 8 to the evening of Sunday May 11. Festival opening hours are structured like those of a restaurant, with two sessions per day. During the day, you can enter from 11.30am to 4pm (except Thursday), and in the evening from 7pm to 11.30pm.
What's on the program?
This year's program includes meetings with chefs such as Nina Métayer, twice voted best pastry chef in the world, and Stéphanie Le Quellec, Michelin-starred chef and Top Chef jury member. A number of top names will also be on hand to represent prestigious hotels and palaces, including Nicolas Guercio, head pastry chef at the legendary Hôtel Lutetia. Numerous chefs from the new generation will also be present at the festival.
Representing cuisines from abroad, chefs Denny Imbroisi and Mathieu Mandard will take visitors on a journey to Italy. For his part, Yoni Saada will be presenting his creations with Levante flavors, while Pierre Sang Boyer will be showcasing his signature French cuisine with Korean influences.
And don't miss Paris Veggie. Chefs concerned with contemporary environmental issues will be showcasing their cuisine. Among them, Franco-Lebanese chef Alan Geaam and his restaurant Qasti Green, which we warmly recommend. Another visionary, Alice Tuyet and her chef Erwan Crier, will present their delicious and innovative vegan cuisine at Faubourg Daimant. Another residence is also planning to donate all profits to the association Tout le monde contre le cancer.
