Address in Paris preparing a bánh mì with meats, one for vegetarians and various specialities of the day.
Bentô, bobun, dau mi… strange words for insiders, but thanks to Frédéric Ngodi, owner Franco-Vietnamese who left everything to live his passion, restoration, everything is more obvious! The dau mi, phonetic deformation of "bread bread", uses the traditional French wand. The surprise is inside and has nothing to do with our good old ham-ham: choice, grilled pork meat, citronella or rose chicken, peanut beef, shrimp, spicy or tofu for vegetarians, grated carrots, cucumber, coriander, all generously packed with soy sauce. Revenues vary every day. In dessert, an excellent rice with mango milk. The most intriguing is the bubble tea: a mixture of cold or hot tea and milk, flavoured with different flavours and black boules balls. In short, Bulma is a place of discovery!
