Alice Tuyet welcomes you to her "maison des plaisirs", a Belle Époque-style restaurant with a New York twist. Chef Erwan Crier gives pride of place to sauces, inspired by traditional cuisine and revisited in a vegetal way without losing the gourmet flavour that characterises them. Specialties include vegetable carcass juice, broccoli guacamole, and croquette "cochonnes" with mushrooms and smoked soybeans in a ravigote sauce. Organic or biodynamic wine list, and signature cocktails with very 1900s names!

Le cadre intimiste, le service très solaire et les plats juste parfaits en terme de texture ou de goûts (qui plus est donnent vraiment l’impression de manger de la viande, cela en est bluffant) font selon moi de cette adresse un excellent restaurant sur la scène parisienne.
Tout y est délicieux, les croquettes de champignons donnent vraiment l’impression de manger de la viande.
