Address in Paris serving ultra-fresh products, large slates, a shawarma with good flavours.
Falafel, Shawarma, Kebab, Hummus, Moussaka... yes, but in Syrian style, yes, but with ultra-fresh products, yes and with the boss's smile! We make our choice on the large slates (the time to notice that the choice is wider than during our last visit, probably because the brand has a second establishment nearby), and we watch the show of the preparation before tasting. Everything is cooked every day on-site, with an essential star, the shawarma. And we'll say what we want, but we still haven't figured out how to make one so good, with flavours that burst out when you taste them.
