Kushikatsu Bon's specialty is a very busy dish in Japan: Osaka fries in Osaka. It's Yosuke Wakasa, the star Leader in Japan, who beats the measure in his Parisian counter where he pique on bamboo rods pretty much everything that falls under his hand, then the spreadsheet before fry it in a copper crescendo, briquée like a new cent.
