Launched by a happy group of literary critics, Fulgurances is one of the unfailing restaurants in this neighborhood. Here, cooking is a show since, from the door crossed, you see real experts work, cut, slice thinly, prepare in front of you. Moreover, the chef is here "in residence", like a true artist. We could find all this a bit pompous, but we're impressed with the contents of the dishes. Many seafood products, original accompaniments, unique flavors: the experience will remain in the memories. In term of price, it is correct at dinnertime, and very acceptable at lunchtime, with the dedicated formulas.
