The Hotel was great. The only downside was that it was a bit chilly in our room, and it didnt help to turn up the A/C. Also the bed sheets got very moist during the night, but other than that the bed was really comfortable! The Pool was fantastic, and the breakfast delicious!

We were very comfortable and happy, they are an excellent hotel to rest but also practical because of the proximity to the exhibition park. The amazing breakfast a great team, the one that takes the 5 stars is Miguel from Portugal, he attended us in our language, Spanish, a husband and my daughters treated us as if we were at home. All excellent but he stood out for much more. Congratulations!!!
The girls cleaned the room if they pressed to go in to clean it and how they got mad if you told them later. and if so it was no longer leaving the courtesy waters, leaving no shampoo again, ebronces I learned that you let them get clean even if you are there in the room yet.
the pool could have been warmer but it is super clean and with enough space.

Pour le prix que ns avons paye je trouve il manque beaucoup : pas de frifo les lampea on a due laisser reparer.
Le tapis dans le couloir sont plein des taches. Et de sortir de la parking -2 est trop etroit.

Bon séjour en général, bémol sur les services pour le lit parapluie (on a attendu 1h pour avoir un seul drap, même pas de couverture) et le sèche cheveu est à hauteur d enfant en dessous du lavabo !
Sinon pour le reste nous reviendrons certainement.

Points negatifs:
- vous devriez laisser la possibilite aux gens de garder leurs linges de toilettes et ne pas les remplacer tous les jours surtout pour les sejours moyens a longs (economie pour vous et surtout ECOLOGIE!!!), certains hotels mettent des ecriteaux (si on laisse le linge au sol, il est remplace, sinon non), cela vous donnerait une meilleure image eco-responsable, cela me parait primordial de nos jours
- oreillers un peu trop durs
- pas de frigidaire dans ma chambre (tres embetant surtout que je suis restee 7 nuits...)
