Restaurant in Paris offering a Japanese variant of Chinese fondue, sushi, delicate and light dishes.
In Tokyo, Akasaka is the neighbourhood of the best restaurants and it must be admitted that of rue Nicolo succeeds in matching them. In the kitchen as in the room, the reception is Japanese. On the map: zenzai (hors d'oeuvre), delicious nabemono, fried soy block, seaweed and cucumber salad, grilled eel or even shabu shabu, Japanese variant of Chinese fondue, close to sukiyaki… Sushi is a moment of absolute happiness during which one thinks only that bite which melts in your mouth. The "tasting" menus illustrate very well what is the kaiseki kitchen, a succession of delicate and light dishes. High but more than justified rates!

Le poisson est très frais, le riz parfaitement vinaigré.
Mention spéciale pour l’aubergine miso
Un peu chère en revanche (chirachi 33€ par ex)
