The M. Musée du Vin has undergone a facelift, and is now home to Restaurant M. under the leadership of chef Marc Ranger. He and his team brilliantly propose a bistronomic cuisine that revisits the great classics through authentic, generous and tasty recipes, from starter to dessert. The menu is renewed twice a week, inspired by seasonal produce. Every day, Aude, an experienced sommelier, comes into the kitchen to select the wines to match the dishes served.
