I also bought at DECOPLUS Toulouse a oak floors that was laid in April 2011. I pass on the fact that during the delivery, I had surprises to note that the varnished hardwood floors had been transformed into oiled parquet floors. Despite (and my first error), I accepted the layout of this parquet floors. Today, half of the blades changed colour and became increasingly grey... while parquet flooring is supposed to be in natural oak!
I also ordered from DECO PLUS Toulouse an exotic wooden terrace and there too it is large disappointment. I pass adventures linked to the layout of this terrace (vis not ordered, wood not enough, delay construction...). Today, it almost all vis are rusty (while they are supposed stainless being) and give under the steps. Some slats also burst. Like many guests DECO PLUS Toulouse, I addressed several mails AR who stayed without suite (with an email with customer service that does not meet more...); Today I transmitted my lime to my lawyer and prepares me to make a report of usher in order to introduce a procedure against DECOR. You will understand that my opinion on this company is more than negative and I recommend to all those wishing to them to reflect especially well and not let yourself have attractive by their stay as you will only have troubles.
