Restaurant in Paris offering fish ramen, Japanese specialties, rice pudding and yuzu.
This is one of the most successful restaurants on the Left Bank. So here's a word of advice: be patient, as the queue gets longer and longer at mealtimes. But it's worth it. You'll find yourself in a Tokyo fish market atmosphere. The stalls are larger than life, and the soundtrack reinforces the sense of immersion. In the bowls, high-flying ramen based on seafood from our coasts (sardines from Brittany, sea bream from the Mediterranean). It works like a charm.
