Expect a lot of waiting time but you can plan ahead if you scan the qr code at the entrance and enjoy the stroll arround near the Louvre museum
The Sardine Bomb ramen is particularly impressive, with its pungent fishy notes.
All the fish used in the Ramen, but also in the starters, is not only fresh, but undoubtedly top notch quality, sourced from the best places you can get them.
On top of all this, the elaborate techniques used by the skillful kitchen team, results in a one-of-a-kind ramen experience - or even Japanese full meal experience.
Congratulations to the Founder Jean Baptiste for putting his heart and soul into this beautiful project ????????????❤️
My recommended place to any Asians who want to be transported out of France for 30 minutes.
Aside from that, the ramen in my opinion was not authentic Japanese, as per the explanation of the menu where they said they implement Japanese DNA in their
Ramen, maybe that kind of gave me an unfair expectation.
The noodles were OK, maybe I just wasn't a big fan of sardines or fish ramen, so that's on me.
The ramen egg was bland unfortunately for being advertised as marinated for 48 hours.
In terms of service, the servers were nice but they were very busy, that might be the reason for the 50min wait for ramen. For authenticity sake, ramen in Japan is served very quickly.
I would recommend this place if you want to try this place but don't expect Japanese like ramen and it might be a more touristy place since this was the only restaurant that asked for tip... which we declined since that's not common in Paris. So that kind of threw us off.
