A Zen frame, which is épuré, where the Taiwanese boss, Lu'u Sai Minh, formed in Japan, blends oriental flavours with European dishes. His wife, a daughter of the Empire du Soleil-Levant, greets clients with a radiant smile. There is a lot of Japanese, but the address is not one of the Parisian spots and thus remains very discreet. The kitchen is rather Franco-Japanese and blue lobster or Iberian ham Pata Inspirent inspires the head as much as more exotic products, but it puts them «to its sauce». A dozen soups, served in a large bowl, are only a meal for the less hungry at lunch time. The kitchen varies depending on the market, so you can enjoy a jellyfish salad, a sole caramel, a tobucco rice, a tofu for-year eggs, a raw tuna and a mandarin vinegar, a salé flanc, or a pepper mudflap.
