Address in Paris elaborating a Japanese kitchen, fish, meats, a card of makis, sushis and sashimis.

A design and graphic design for light and refined Japanese cuisine. The first floor room is wide and the materials used for decoration are natural. The card is made to share dishes throughout the meal. In the entrance of the, beef, sauce yuzu and miso or tuna on a craquante galette, tarama with white truffle, yuzukosho sauce. On the flat a Japanese pot-au-fire, melting beef and pan-fried fat, or a risotto d and noix. Makis sushi, sashimis and others are also on the map with a few specialties such as sushi and lobster. Desserts are provided in part by the pastry of dreams. For lunch and for the brunch brunch of many dishes. If the kitchen is light, the addition is a bit heavy.
