Ottima qualità! Peccato la posizione del tavolo che era in un angolo nascosto con poco spazio. Avendo prenotato con più di 20 giorni di anticipo ci avrebbero dovuto sistemare nella sala centrale

Soufflé heaven! We had 3, the Roquefort and pear, hazelnut and rum-raisin. All were superb, just the best I've ever eaten. Generous portions too and friendly staff.

Excellente adresse ! Des soufflés exceptionnels, une carte qui change régulièrement. Menu à 32 euros au déjeuner pour un repas aussi copieux que délicieux. Service très agréable. Un sans-faute pour ce restaurant historique.

Un classique français, les soufflés sont bons, le menu tout soufflé est d'un bon rapport qualité prix.
Par contre la salle est vraiment vieillotte, les chaises sont vraiment très fatiguées (usées, tachées, assises dégradées).

Le Soufflé is always a “must” when I am in Paris. I love the experience with my friends. The staff was so friendly and courteous. There are new soufflés each time and we love to experience the new additions. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Le Soufflé is a delightful little restaurant with amazing soufflés. The variety offered allowed each of us to find a soufflé suited to our taste. We chose the meal option that came with an entrée, main, and dessert soufflé. We left full and happy. Excellent experience!

The lunch deal of two souffles and a glass of wine is a great deal! I had the chicken and mushroom and Grand Marnier souffles. Both were outstanding! I highly recommend stopping here for a meal while in Paris.
