Absolutely outstanding in every way. Beautiful boutique hotel in prime area. The service was excellent, and the staff spoke English perfectly.
No request went unanswered. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. The little extras in the room such as chocolates and postcards, nuts
were special. Our family of 4 was thrilled.
Thank you! I will recommend the hotel highly and have to our travel agent.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé en général, mais nous avons été époustouflées par le restaurant qui mériterait bien plus qu'1 étoile. Présentations extraordinaires, qualité des mets et rapport qualité prix... Merci de féliciter le chef et son équipe.

- Dommage que les clients de l’hôtel n’est pas accès privilégié à l’afternoon tea. Car nous n’avions pas reservé 15 jours avant.

- dans la chambre pas de tasses à café juste des grandes tasses à thé .

The quality of food and service has gone down over the last year, while the price went up around 25-30%. Room service made mistakes on half the orders, the lobby bar removed all of their high quality drinks.

À l’arrivé nous avons reçu une chambre au 1e étage côté rue .. très belle chambre mais très mal isolé phoniquement ! Le bruit de la rue nous a perturbé le Someille .. nous avons demandé de changé de chambre et avons reçu une très belle à l’arrière côté cour .. les chambres côté rue doivent être isolés car les fenêtres laisse passer le bruit des travaux ou des chariots poubelle et linge …

1- Shower (The water was dripping not flowing) So it took me half in hour waiting for the water.
2- Breakfast - I had to ask for a plant based milk for 3 days and only manager found it for my last day.
3- Menu for the room service is not good and not adapted for the kids. We couldn't find a place in your restaurant therefore was force to eat in the room.
4- mini bar haven't being changed for two days, no glasses for wine or champagne from mini bar. Coffee was not added for few days.
5- ordered a taxi from hotel, asked for 1 person arrived for 6 and was charged for 6 people ( 15 min in the taxi -40euros)

Overall service was shocking !!! Only one-two helpfull staff.

The room was good and clean.

Unfortunately I do not feel like coming back to the hotel.

bonjour .
je suis un pharmacien d officine exerçant à la Seyne sur mer dans le var .
j ai séjourné vendredi et samedi dans ce bel établissement .
lors de l accueil , ma réservation n apparaissait pas .
après de longues recherches le réceptionniste m annonce que ma réservation était pour le samedi de la semaine d argent .
or je n ai reçu aucun mail de l hôtel .
je me suis acquitté de bonne grâce au paiement d une chambre standard pour deux nuits .
le lendemain une dame s est engagée à vérifier .
on m a dit m avoir appelé : faux aucun appel .
et on m a dit m avoir envoyé un mail , tout cela dans un mail rédigé en anglais le samedi matin .
ce qu' 'à aucun moment on ne m a prouvé l existence .
commerçant il m arrive quotidiennement de gérer des problèmes similaires pour des sommes proches de 1 euro.
aussi nous aurions juste apprécié un geste de sympathie ne serait ce qu oralement .
un geste commercial eut été juste classe .
un soin , une bouteille de champagne enfin un brin d élégance .
je ne recommanderai pas votre établissement mais m abstiendrai de commentaires négatifs en ligne , étant chef d entreprise.
le reste du personnel s est montré exquis .
je reste extrêmement choqué par l accueil de la réception et le peu considération devant ma bonne foi.

We stayed 3 nights from 6 to 9 October. First we received a room which was very small and with a constant electric noise. When told to reception they later insisted it was fixed which is was not. Then we we offered to change room (bravo) to a similar very tiny room or a slightly bigger handicap room. We chose the latter. The bathroom was dirty, parts of the room was dirty, the bathroom accessories (lotion) was used. In general a very disappointing experience from a 5 star hotel.

We also had breakfast in the restaurant. The service here was very slow although it improved the last day. In general the breakfast was ok.

I am surprised you can sell these small rooms as a double room.
