Completely dishonest
Charged my credit card, confirmed order twice and then said”sorry we dont have any of the item left” Now they refuse to pay me what im out because of them breaking the contract.

Your order have been well received by our services when you made it.
During the order's day, we still had in stock the watch you want. Unfortunately, an french customer also bought the watch some hours before you. The update of our stock was too long (a few hours for our algorithm and our accounting department to check every payments details) and so you saw the watch in stock while it actually wasn't there anymore.
Please accept our deep and sincere apologies for that little inconvenient that happen extremely rarely.

Le service est très rapide et il y a un vrai suivi avec un sav disponible et efficace.

Les prix sont tres competitifs , le delais de livraison est tres bon
Par contre lorsque j'ai demandé au service technique comment demonter un maillon , la reponse est allez chez un horloger , je répond que j'ai le matériel et souhaite le faire moi mème en assumant les dégâts éventuels , réponse allez chez un horloger et de toute façon nous n'avons pas de notice technique ...... très léger pour une montre de ce prix

J'avais un peu d’appréhension en achetant une montre de prix (2000 €) sans expérience sur ce site
Outre le prix très attractif elle m'a été livrée bien avant la date proposée et me fera donc un beau cadeau d'anniversaire comme prévu
j'ai du remettre à la longueur le bracelet (réglage fait un peu lâche) sans cela les 5* auraient été justifiées
