In the shadow of the Royal Palace and at the beginning of Etienne-Marcel Street, next to Vivienne Gallery, this hotel is ideally located for a Paris shopping tour. The rooms, accessible by lift, are quiet and quiet. Their decoration is simple, modern and everything is functional. Despite of the great position of the hotel, my stay at the Tim hotel was not satisfying at all. First of all, the room (called “comfort”) is incredibly small and this is not coherent with what shown in the pictures on booking.com. Second, and most important, the rooms’ walls are so thin that you can listen every single noise coming from the other rooms. In particular, the housekeepers used to clean the rooms making really a lot of noise without pay attention to the guests still in the rooms. Finally, when just mentioning those issues at the reception the reply was not al all adequate to an hotel that should be 3 stars and very well positioned in town.
