Gastronomic restaurant in Paris serving hearty and tasty dishes, meats, and a famous burger
Phanie took over this restaurant, founded by his grandfather in 1948. With a name like that, you'd expect this to be an exclusively Auvergne gourmet restaurant, which it is, but the menu is cleverly extended to French standards. It's simple, hearty and tasty, whether it's a cassolette of snails, an assortment of Cantal charcuteries and fromages, grilled entrecote, carrot beef or the famous bougnat burger. Dinners here usually end with a lovely stroll along the quays. Very romantic!

I got the pig cheeks in gravy with baby potatoes. It was tasty and passable. It was served with bread which was nice.
My partner ordered the burger and chips. She ordered her burger medium well. It came out rare. The chips were overdone. They must have got the chips and burger mixed up?
The waitress was very attentive and great.
Tapas (Photo) waren gut, Burger hätte ich gerne etwas weniger bitter (Sauce) gehabt.
Trotzdem stimmte für uns der Abend.
