Restaurant focusing on classic and excellent French cuisine with a beautiful terrace.
This is a very local restaurant. The cuisine - French, that is - is classic and excellent, especially the meat, from Aubrac of course, with a speciality of aligot that goes perfectly with prime rib for 2. One of the restaurant's signature dishes is beef brisket confit for 12 hours, served with a Saint-Nectaire gratin. Another star of the menu: grilled Aveyron sausage with French fries. We often return to Le Pavé, for the gourmet goodness and frankness of Patrick Quintard and his team. Beautiful terrace. A real favourite!
