Très bon accueil malheureusement une de nos serviettes étaient tachées de sang. Elle a été remplacée immédiatement, staff très sympathique et serviable. La chambre standard est très petite, la décoration est sympa, la salle de douche très bien.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la chambre etait joliment décorée, le petit dejeuner plutot bon. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa.
Par contre, nous sommes très déçus du service et de certains membres du personnel que nous n’avons pas trouvé à la hauteur du standing d’un hotel 4 étoiles.
Apres le spa, une fois remontés dans la chambre , nous avons gentiment demandé s’il etait possible qu’on nous fasse monté par l’ascenseur les 2 coupes de champagne offertes et l’homme a l’accueil nous a répondu abruptement que ce n’était pas possible et ne nous a propose aucune solution. Nous n’avons donc pas profite de ces coupes. Le personnel n’etait pas tres aimable en general.
De plus, avant le sejour, au moment de la reservation en ligne, une personne de l’accueil m’a contacte pour me dire que ma banque n’autorisait pas le paiement et que sans reponse de ma part, ma reservation serait annulée. Apres avoir contacte ma banque qui m’a confirme qu’il n’y avait pas de probleme, j’ai rappele la reception de l’hotel et la personne a ressaye et cela a finalement fonctionne mais elle ne s’est meme pas excusée et m’a dit « qu’elle n’etait pas banquiere » ! Reaction surprenante et non professionnelle pour un 4 etoiles.

Overall a satisfying experience at this hotel. Really cool interior design. Room seemed bigger in the images online, we realized it was a little small for two persons when we arrived. Not that much room for luggage/clothes. But location, bathroom and bed was really good. I’d come back.

Had an excellent stay at a beautiful hotel! Was greeted by a sweet front desk agent who not only was able to check us in early but upgraded us to a suit! Hotel was perfectly located and nearby to many attractions as well as shops. There were a few concerns but I believe they were out of control for the hotel except one incident - couple fighting at early hours in the morning. The other was music from a bar or restaurant that didn’t stop until 1 AM.

The rooms were lovely and the staff excellent and very friendly.
My only concern was the bed was so large (very comfortable) it took up so much room space there was little space left to store clothes and accessories .
There were also no English programmes on the tv?

Issues: I asked for towels and never got- had to ask following day. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Toilet not cleaned well. Received a taxi through hotel and driver drove dangerously.

Nice little boutique Parisian hotel. We didn’t use some of the services hence the no concern rating. Due to the strikes in Paris we had to walk everywhere but we found it very easy to get around places from the hotel and when we were back in the hotel everything was very clean and tidy and the room was comfortable.

We stayed in the hotel twice. We were given a very small room during pur first stay which may be what we paid for :). I gave feedback about this. We came back after a week and the staff (particularly Dianne) recognized us and may be they read our feedback. W/o any question or discussion, they upgraded us to one of their suites for free to compensate for the first experience and even thanked us for giving them the chance. It is not about the upgrade or anything but what mattered to me is the experience yhey showed that our feedback matters and they care!!!
