Upgrade de la chambre standard pour une suite (no 101) à notre arrivée. Mais la fenêtre de la suite donnait sur un conduit. Donc aucune vue sur l'extérieur et pénombre constante. Très désagréable. Sinon belle chambre, beau volume, bien aménagée et calme.

my stay was fantastic. the staff was very helpful and very friendly. the rooms were very clean and hygienic. the hotel itself was ideally located i have never had to take the metro for anything. if I ever come back to Paris. then I will definitely stay back at this hotel 10/10

The room was way too small for two people. Perhaps this is normal for Paris, but the other place we stayed was less expensive and at least big enough to move around in. Everything else was fine.

Was charged for two rooms by Booking.com and had to pay full price for my up grade. This should have a caught on our arrival but wasn’t noticed until checkout. Ended up paying an additional 150EU.

not hospitable staff, dirty towels. I called the front desk for extra towels since we where 2 and i had only towels for 1 and they never arrived so i went out of the room directly with housekeeping

Location was fantastic- walking distance to many sites & at least 3 metro stops . Friendly & helpful front desk (English speaking). Very small single room but clean with comfortable bed.

Séjour parfait pour une nuit.
Si j'avais un reproche à faire , ce serait juste la chambre , un peu petite :le lavabo n'est pas dans la SDB mais dans la chambre près de la TV.
Sinon , personnel agréable et à l'écoute.Déco général de l'hotel très sympa.

Booked 8 rooms for my wife’s birthday. All went ok. Very disappointed have brought 16 people to your hotel NOT to be the guests you chose to upgrade whilst they were. Seemed very unfair and took the shine off the trip. An oversight I’m sure but if you’re in the service business, this sadly is an unforgivable one.
