Bistro in Paris offering local cuisine and a salad of candied gizzards.
At the table of this pocket-sized bistro (10 tables on the first floor and 10 on the mezzanine), the spirit is convivial. If it's sometimes difficult to make oneself heard, the important thing is to have a good time. As for the dishes, plunge into the delights of solid, generous local cuisine. It's up to you to play with your fork as you try sautéed chicken livers, duck confit or bavette steak with mashed potatoes. It's hard to get a seat at peak times, but we'll wait if we can.
