These Parisians have a face! The setting is elegant, all curves and sober colors. On the plates, the gourmet cuisine is clear and efficient, conceived by Thibault Sombardier, who lines up neo-classical recipes (including a vol-au-vent de la mer with Normandy sauce), executed with precision. The quasi veal chosen for a summer lunch was opportunely barely pink; the soft smoked trout gravlax style was accompanied by tasty old tomatoes... Pleasing dishes and a friendly service

We ordered the vol-au-vent, frog legs, passionfruit soufflé and chocolate mousse. Everything felt like it was prepared with care and thought. My boyfriend was apprehensive about trying frog legs but they were very flavourful and tender.
Would definitely revisit if I were to come to Paris again!
