Really nice restaurant. Food was very good (recommend the vol au vent and the Ile flottante). Little bit disappointed by the cocktail I asked (maybe the wrong choice). Wine was excellent.
Just one little thing, I mentioned during the reservation that it was for a birthday occasion but they missed it and we did not have a candle. I would have expected much from a restaurant like this.

Je suis allé au Bar du Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain pour écouter de la musique live, le 1er jeudi soir de chaque mois (j'y retourne jeudi 04 avril 2024)
Le bar est superbe, en terme de décoration et de restauration, c'est l'un des plus beaux bars de Paris. Les fauteuils et canapés sont très confortables.
Je me suis installé à coté de la "banque" du bar car c'est là ou les artistes musicaux se placent : c'est un duo de deux jeunes chanteurs : une femme chanteuse + un guitariste chanteur.
Ils interprètent les tubes des années 70 à nos jours.
J'ai pris le cocktail "Normandie" à 22€ qui est fumé : je vous le conseille car l'effet visuel est : waahouu : le cocktail arrive dans une cloche en verre remplie de fumée de bois, il est posé devant vous sur la table et le serveur retire la cloche où la fumée est libérée : génial !
Le cocktail est délicieux en lui même et prend un léger gout fumé qui est très intéressant.
Tout fut parfait

Incredible experience, great food, cool place and lovely service! Negative points: some dishes despite of being so much tasty, they are very small portion and not enough to feed a person properly. Beside this, I did not observe a concern with people whose can not eat or prefer eat in a healthier way, that is, gluten-free, milk-free and sugar-free food (we pay expensive for the experience, so I expected to receive more concern with my health, not only taste). At last, but not least, I also expected to receive a special treatment for special ocasions. In this case, it was my birthday, and the restaurant do not have any special arrangement to celebrate this kind of ocasions. I only got a candle in my dessert, which was nice, but I expected to receive more than this: a special dessert, a small cake, a starter, drink...

Fantastic Michelin-guide French cuisine. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who did not hesitate to answer our questions about the menu.

We ordered the vol-au-vent, frog legs, passionfruit soufflé and chocolate mousse. Everything felt like it was prepared with care and thought. My boyfriend was apprehensive about trying frog legs but they were very flavourful and tender.

Would definitely revisit if I were to come to Paris again!

Zunächst haben wir einen Aperitif in der Hotelbar genossen. Sehr schönes Ambiente mit aufmerksamen Bartendern. Danach ging es hinüber ins gediegene Restaurant. Dort ist es schick aber nicht zu „spießig“. Essen war köstlich und der Service inkl Sommiliere freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et tout a encore été parfait, pas une seule déception.
Que ce soit au niveau des plats ou du service tout était super ! Les cuisses de grenouilles sont vraiment excellentes, je recommande vivement (si vous aimer manger légèrement épicé).
Un rapport qualité prix très raisonnable pour le niveau de cuisine et de service.
Merci à toute l’équipe nous avons passés une super soirée !

We were quite excited to eat at Les Parisiens after reading a stellar New York Times review. While we had a good meal, it wasn’t excellent or the culinary event we had expected. While the shared appetizers were excellent—truffle sausage, a herring dish, and a fish mousse—two of the main courses were a bit lackluster—the chicken and the seafood in puffed pastry. Moreover, the service was quite attentive, but def needed some polishing. Plates were removed before some of us had finished eating. Luckily, the sommeliere was fantastic and very knowledgeable, and the wine list had some delicious, hard-to-find treats. The room is quite beautiful, but it is broken apart into two parts, so it didn’t feel like it came together. By the time we left, staff was setting up for the hotel breakfast which changed the atmosphere. All in all the entire experiences feels that it needs to better gel, to come together a bit more, and to be polished a bit more to make it worth the very large price tag.

Cuisine classique très bien réalisée. Très chouettes cuisses de grenouilles, Bonne cuisson des ris de veau mais avec un jus un peu trop présent. Service trop léger au regard du standing voulu par l'établissement.

Tea time idyllique, copieux, ambiance romantique à côté de la cheminée. Nous n'avons pas pu tout manger tant les quantités sont généreuses mais nous avons pu en profiter à la maison en emportant ce que nous n'avions pas mangé. Merci pour ce beau moment.
