Restaurant offering Italian cuisine in a very green setting.

Created in 2002 in Hamburg, in Germany, Vapiano, offering Italian cuisine, has expanded all over the world. It has several addresses in France and Paris, including the Vapiano des Champs-Élysées, which is spread over three floors and boasts an olive tree several hundred years old in a very green setting. As for the concept, Vapiano's idea is, as in its other restaurants, to serve dishes prepared in front of the customer using fresh products. Equipped with a magnetic card, we scan the dishes at each order (we pay at the exit) and we have the choice among many Italian specialties: pasta, pizzas, antipasti, soups, salads... A good deal to eat Italian food at right prices.

Très bonne expérience. Nous avons pris des pâtes carbonara et des pâtes au saumon. Plats délicieux que l'on peut personnaliser en choisissant son type de pâtes, enlever ou rajouter des ingrédients. La salle est très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Worst service ever!! They don’t care about customer, how long they wait etc. We can’t even sit in a table althought there was a lot of free table. The raisin the waiter says is “I’m the the only people here and you need to wait!”, how long?, “whatevet it takes!”??!!! The guy seems to don’t want to work and don’t want any customer. Vapiona, this is Champ Elysee planty of good restaurant better than you, in easter holiday and Samedi you should provide more stuff !! We leave and go to the L’Itelian which was 5 min walk from Vapiona which was much better, a real Italian cuisine!!

I have never been to a restaurant with such poor service in my life. The staff were almost out to annoy the customers. They looked angry, miserable and underpaid. The toilets were filthy. The table was filthy and I had to hound a waitress to have it cleaned. The food was cold and tasteless. I strongly advice anyone not to visit this place.
