LE BRIDGE – CAFÉ-RESTAURANT
Restaurant with a contemporary and pleasant decoration to taste tasty dishes in Libourne.
In the station of the station in Libourne, it is a wonderful surprise that we reserve Le Bridge. At his head Charly, the boss of the Carré Square, and two buddies, one of whom will delight the sportsmen (and who will retain his anonymity by mutual agreement). This trio is friendly and professional. A little joke and a nice word, a family atmosphere, both comforting and relaxed, nothing to make us want to settle for lunch. The decoration is contemporary and pleasant. In the kitchen, he's a former pastry chef, second at Dubern, who makes us discover his superb preparations made of fresh produce, the dishes are tasty and rather well prepared: Duck and liver burger, turbot, lobster cream and muslin duo, and to finish porfiterolles. In the summer it is nice to enjoy the patio.
