Restaurant with terrace offering a 100% home-made cuisine by Chef Alexandre in Libourne
After returning from Sweden, where they worked in a hotel, Manon and Alexis Valette took over Hôtel de la Tour in November 2021. If you're not staying there, we recommend you push open the doors at lunch or dinnertime. You may be surprised by the contemporary decor, but even more so by the terrace at the back of this pretty building. From amuse-bouche to dessert, chef Alexandre Lobera Adell's cuisine is 100% home-made. Menus and a la carte are affordable, even in the evenings. We love it!
