Chic restaurant offering a menu with authentic flavours in Libourne.
There was a time in Gironde, you had to go to Bordeaux to sit down at the Bistro Régent table. Since then the franchise has developed well throughout the department as throughout France. So, Libourne can boast of having hosted on its grounds the current very famous Bistro Régent, holder of three big assets to attract guests: chic, relaxation and a simplified menu but with authentic flavors. Only one menu with meat, heart of rump steak, fillet of duck breast, beef or fish tartar, griddled salmon escalope, with fried potatoes and salad, it was a must to dare, Marc Vanhove, founder of Bistro Régent, did it and it has worked very well. On the Libourne address terrace, you can enjoy sunny days and perhaps even getting splashed and a breeze is mixed with the fountain at the François Miterrand esplanade. To discover without hesitation.

Le serveur Walter nous a bien arrangé et a fait en sorte que nous puissions être à l’heure.
