Papilles et Papillons' mission? To make inclusion rhyme with catering, in order to change the way people look at mental disability. Managed by the ESAT de la Ballastière in Libourne, part of the APEI du Libournais work center, this restaurant is unlike any other, training its workforce to become waiters and kitchen assistants. The key words here are tolerance and kindness, with a simple menu and a few à la carte dishes based on fresh local produce. There's a meeting room upstairs.
