J'ai l'habitude de prendre des hôtels pour mes déplacements professionnels mais c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive. Un imprévu personnel m'a obligé à annuler ma réservation à 14h pour le soir même mais l'hôtel ne veux rien savoir. J'ai donc payé 60€ pour rien alors que je n'avais encore rien payé. Je pense qu'à 14h vous pouvez encore avoir des réservations pour cette chambre.
