CHÂTEAU L'EPINE
Founded in 1910 by Gabriel Ardouin 1st, the estate is now run by his grandson Gabriel Ardouin. An interesting starting point to visit the estate, its vines and cellar while obtaining details on winemaking techniques, it is said that the name of the Château comes from a stele found on the current vineyard. This one containing a thorn from the crown of Christ. Following this visit, of course, you will be able to taste this wonderful nectar of the gods. Here, the owners of the estate wanted to preserve the traditions: the harvest is done by hand, the press is manual. A visit with a charm that is still preserved!
