Benjamin and his team offer a warm welcome in a former tile factory with stone walls. Inside, the industrial decor is tinged with refinement. The chef offers an inventive gastronomic cuisine, evolving with the seasons and market finds: Ravioles aux cèpes, Poitrine de cochon laquée au jus réduit, Poulpe de roche à la panure coréenne... coulant au chocolat noir "Valrhona 62%", Macaron caramel-yuzu... An efficient cuisine, sometimes daring, but one that makes this place an excellent address!

Opening time and information on LA FABRIQUE

Usually closed for ten days or so in March and December, and for the whole of August. Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch; Thursday to Saturday for dinner. Reservations recommended. Single menu at €75 (Découverte menu served in the evening for the whole table, subject to availability, including 4 savory tastings and 3 mini desserts). A la carte menu: approx. €28. Lunch menus: €31 (starter/main course or main course/dessert) and €38 (starter/main course/dessert). Wine by the glass. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome (max 15 people). Baby chairs available.

Accueil chaleureux, service impeccable, conseils judicieux, une cuisine qui nous emmène dans un autre monde, l'esprit d'équipe du personnel est palpable, on se sent vraiment bien à la fabrique ! Nous avons été touchés par la petite attention apportée sur les assiettes pour les anniversaires de mes amis, merci infiniment, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
