The chef offers an inventive gastronomic cuisine, evolving with the seasons and market finds: Ravioles aux cèpes, Poitrine de cochon laquée au jus réduit, Poulpe de roche à la panure coréenne... coulant au chocolat noir "Valrhona 62%", Macaron caramel-yuzu... An efficient cuisine, sometimes daring, but one that makes this place an excellent address!

Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir des saveurs exquises,à l'occasion d'un déjeuner dégustation. Accord des sauces élaborées et du poisson ou de la volaille alternance homard en raviole puis lotte grillée au lard, Escargots et sa brioche, volaille de bresse et sa sauce divine . Pour terminer une note sucrée de figues tièdes accompagnées de glace au miel et délicieux macaron craquant et fondant. Un voyage de plaisir des papilles!
