Benjamin and his team offer a warm welcome in a former tile factory with stone walls. Inside, the industrial decor is tinged with refinement. The chef offers an inventive gastronomic cuisine, evolving with the seasons and market finds: Ravioles aux cèpes, Poitrine de cochon laquée au jus réduit, Poulpe de roche à la panure coréenne... coulant au chocolat noir "Valrhona 62%", Macaron caramel-yuzu... An efficient cuisine, sometimes daring, but one that makes this place an excellent address!

Very professional welcome. The menu changes every week. I never get bored me to get there. Always luxury products (foie gras, st james, lobster, bar, pigeon, veal, beef...). I would like all always taste. The dishes are always beautifully presented. Very sought-after cuisine. For me the best restaurant than I know... In addition to the waiters start to know me. You are not at the end of your surprises! Only one drawback, but they are so perfect that you need a margin of improvement: it is a bit noisy. A proposal for... Go to the Factory! Reserve it is imperative!
