Foie gras, confits, stuffed necks, grattons, rillettes, pâtés... Visit Ferme du Moulinat! Philippe Fazembat and his three children have been raising ducks for several generations now. They still offer a number of specialties, such as magret fourré or duck legs in Entre-Deux-Mers wine sauce flambéed in Armagnac (canned, in verrines and in gourmet baskets). They also produce black pork. Reception hall, catering, entertainment, reception area... The Moulinat farm has a lot to offer.
