Château Pierrail is a winery located in Margueron. A 17th-century château surrounded by parkland, it has belonged to the Demonchaux family since 1970. The 90-hectare vineyard enjoys ideal exposure on the south and southeast slopes of the small Fonchotte valley. The estate is certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale" (High Environmental Value), guaranteeing environmentally-friendly operations and a contribution to the surrounding biodiversity. Château Pierrail offers a range of wines, including the Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Gris vintage 2020, selected by Andreas Larsson, the world's best sommelier.
