Drawing on their experience in Michelin-starred establishments, the two chefs at Pintxoak bring out the best in local produce, particularly from the Basque region, using raw, PDO ingredients selected from producers in short circuits. 100% homemade, sunny, colorful and flavorful - that's what you'll find on our plates!
