The Orchid of China has become in 15 years an institution of Asian cuisine. Here, all the flavours of Asia are in the spotlight. We travel to Thailand, China, Vietnam... While staying in the heart of Mérignac, not far from the cinema. The specialty? Pekinese lacquered duck, a recipe from traditional Chinese cuisine, cooked whole and lacquered, then boned and cut into strips. Other à la carte dishes include spring rolls, imperial beef, duck with pineapple or the famous Chinese fondue. The price-performance ratio is truly unbeatable. Bonus? The small glass of sake offered at the end of each meal. A nice address!
