The Canopée Café, perched 10 meters high, is a unique place to discover near Bordeaux. In a contemporary wood-and-steel decor, with a very "natural" feel, you can enjoy inventive, sunny bistronomic cuisine by Sébastien Sévellec, a former Michelin-starred chef from the Isle of Beauty, whose menu varies with the seasons and the market. Every dish is a success, whether in terms of flavor or presentation. Among the must-tries: prime rib for two. The pastry chef is also a marvel to behold.

Recently had a business dinner with colleagues and clients at Canopée Café in Mérignac and it was a hit. The café's cozy yet professional atmosphere made it an ideal setting for our gathering.
