A large, brightly lit room, beautiful contemporary furniture, tablecloths and towels, a welcoming and smiling staff, this is Panam's first impression. The map is coming and does not deny it. Tapas for those who want to share or snack. We're more interested in the dishes of the moment. Our choice is a starter on a soft-boiled egg, pumpkin muslin, pancetta chips, excellent. Beef tartare with its homemade fries cooked in duck fat and its small salad is perfectly prepared in the tradition of the real bistro recipe. As a dessert, rice pudding, salted butter caramel, almonds and caramelized hazelnuts are a good end to a meal. The products are fresh and the dishes are homemade. Brunch is hearty. Le Panam is also a lounge bar with musical evenings on weekends and jazz evenings on Thursdays. The restaurant can also be privatized for personal events
