In a somewhat noisy atmosphere, this restaurant suggests dishes-tapas revisited in a gastronomic way by the chef.
Le Bec Fin is an original interlude in Mérignac. It's a bistronomic restaurant, a wine bar, a cocktail bar and a rooftop. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but you soon forget about the hubbub, as the chef from Toques & Tanins in Pessac, Joshua Lagardère, invites you to share his bistronomic inspirations of the moment. At lunchtime, the menu is based on an assortment of carefully selected market produce. In the evening, the cuisine takes the form of daring, gastronomically revisited main courses.
