Restaurant-bistro in a bright and refined atmosphere to enjoy the culinary talents in Merignac.
Since 1920; There was still a great deal of experience in this brewery, and it was doubtful that the quality of this Palgnac bistro had remained the same. Professional consciousness obliges (and a little curiosity also!) we went to appreciate the chef's culinary talents. The traditional map offers a lot of cooked meat at the chimney, a 300-g interchange, a stove tartare tartare, a 1.2 kg beef coast for two people, a calf liver to the persillade, but also its fish: paved cod or pavement pavement, and its seafood platters. Every day, chef's suggestions and alluring desserts, such as chocolate confectionery, vanilla burnt cream or the tiramisu finish, will satisfy the gourmets… With its business clientele at noon, Bistrot Grand Louis does not distil at night and weekends. Well-lit in a brand new decor of the floor to the ceiling, the atmosphere is bright and refined at a time. You will be guided by the advice of the team and charmed by their kindness and friendly hospitality. The terrace (although a bit noisy at noon) is very appreciated during warm summer evenings. An address to discover, which really deserves a detour.

C’est un très bon établissement
Bravo
