Furnished rooms, contemporary style, for up to 6 people in Mérignac.
The Résidence All Suites is located in the heart of a 2-hectare site in Mérignac. Alone, you can settle into a 20 m² studio with shower and kitchenette. T3 apartments have two separate bedrooms and a sleeping area in the living room, and some can accommodate up to 6 people. All apartments are furnished in a contemporary style and equipped with telephone, TV and wifi connection. The kitchen area is equipped with microwave, fridge, hob and crockery (the three-rooms have dishwashers), giving you real autonomy during your stay. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Free, secure parking and linen provided (beds made on arrival). Ask about the different apartment sizes and rates (sliding scale according to the number of nights). A good alternative to the classic hotel business.

Condition was poor, the rooms were DIRTY!
Walls were stained, curtains were stained, kitchen cabinets had grease stains and dripps, counter top was damaged, scratched and dirty, floors were sticky, spider webs in the corners. Disgusting!
After seeing the room, We immediately checked out within 30 minutes and went to another hotel. Unhygienic.. could not put my family through that horror.
I've been trying to get my money back due to the poor conditions, but all the hotel management does is refer to the "no cancelation" policy.
Reason we cancelled, was due to the poor hygiene! However that doesnt concern them apparently. They dont care about the customers.
Booking was done through booking.com and no one is taking responsibility. Best they can offer is a 30% "compensation", however it is taking for ages to get the refund....
I give it 1 star, since I cant go any lower..... this doesnt deserve any star...
I cannot reply to their reaction, so I'm adjusting it.
You are claiming I was offered a different room 3 times, and that we complained about the height and temperature.. This is FALSE.
We never complained about these things.. We complained about the HYGIENE! This was in a very poor state (and was so throughout the entire establishment) We refused to stay there another second. We were asked if we wanted to check out another room, but the person behind the reception didnt seem surprised about our complaints at all.. (as if they were used to it).
Also the "discount" still hasnt been processed and I'm still waiting for booking.com to finalize this, which is dragging on because according to them, the hotel still hasnt refunded them the money..

We offer you opportunity to change the room 3 times and give us reasons to change, room was too hot or the level too high, there was no climatisation (that is mentionned on all websites.)
All those reasons are why we only offer a discount.
