Created in 1972, Athletic Athletic Sport (SAM) is the oldest club omnisport in Aquitaine. It offers 27 sports sections for a total of 6 000 members. The boxing club was born in 1980 and is now part of the ten biggest clubs in France. It teaches the French boxing boxe and the boxe form. The club owes much to its highly motivated and involved teachers, as the labels of Young Bronze and Silver silver and Boxe for all won in 2015, prove it. Courses take place all year round, even summer, with a suitable programme, in different rooms and gyms: Herriot, Brettes, Capeyron and Icmpo. Discipline is addressed to young people and young people, beginners and confirmed. The club also prepares the regular regional and national competitions, in assault and fighting, but offers numerous courses and training (umpires, monitor).
