Mathilde Relet and Jocelyn Chazel founded this microbrewery in Mérignac. He has experience in brewing, she is more oriented towards entrepreneurship. They complement each other well and their business is young but full of promise. He brews styles of character that have made him love beer: Wheat Ale, American Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Porter, India Amber Pale, Brun Ipa, etc. He also brews very surprising ephemeral beers brewed in small quantities such as Berliner Weisse orange, carrot and lemon... All permanent beers are available in 33 cl, 75 cl bottles and 30 litre kegs!
