An à la carte vegetarian menu complements the gastronomic offerings. Chef Jean-François Robert will delight you with masterful, colorful and gourmet dishes based on local produce: foie gras en croûte à la Contades and figs confit à l'orange, crépinette de confit de canard au comté...
